Creating Relaxation

The Neck Headrests have turned the long trip "stiff" stress neck into a relaxing, dare I say "boring", experience. First time I ever felt "supported" while driving a street car. FSD with this neck headrest is sleep inducing after a few hours. Well done EV Premium Customs!

Fills the Void

These neck rests fills the void around the neck area in the Tesla MY seat as the design of the seat headrest is not adjustable. The neck rests support the neck and head properly and promotes better body posture. Completed an eight hour drive recently and this system aids in minimizing driver fatigue. To me, it is one of the best aftermarket accessories you didn’t know you needed. But this support may not be for everybody. I am 5’9” and the neck rest is perfect for me. A taller person over 6 foot and above might feel that the neck rest is more on the level of the shoulder than neck. There may be a workaround that should be addressed in a product insert. The functionality is unsurpassed. The workmanship in the build is quality. The material and color (white) used matches the Tesla seating very nicely. Time will tell how the material holds up with normal wear and tear. Another thing that should be included in a product insert would be cleaning instructions. This product directly touches the skin and will get soiled with dirt and skin oils and sweat. After a couple months of ownership my neck rest is discolored and needs cleaning. There is no recommendation on what types cleaning products to use nor warnings on what NOT to use on this non-leather material that might stain it. The manufacturer and vendor should ensure this is covered on product insert and/or website. Lastly, the lead time for this product to be manufactured is substantial and could lead to buyer frustration. Originally, this product was offered with embroidered customization but it was not offered at the time of my purchase. Overall, I would recommend this product to others.

Excellent product and customer service

Headrest fit great and not squishy like some can be. Needed to contact customer service and they responded promptly and courteously. Driving really comfortable and seat positioning is now perfect in my MX Plaid!

These are very stiff and took a little bit to get used to. I now really like mine, but most passengers take it off when they get in saying it’s too stiff and not comfortable.
